Tan Sri Dr. T. Marimuthu’s illustrious career has been specially informed by his specialisation in governance and education. He was Deputy Agriculture Minister (1994-1995) and has served as a Senator (1996-2002). In education, he has served as Deputy Dean in Universiti Malaya’s Education Faculty and an education consultant for UNESCO and World Bank. He is now an Adjunct Professor at Asia-e-University.He was also Chairman of Asian Institute of Medicine, Science and Technology University in Kedah, Malaysia.
Rajnish has extensive experience in transaction banking, liabilities, consumer finance, wealth management and risk/governance within the financial services domain. Apart from bringa key founder member of a large financial services start-up, he has worked in senior roles with leading global financial institutions such as HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank and Fullerton Financial Holdings, Singapore.Rajnish is an MBA in Finance & Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (India) and is also a CFA Charter holder. He is an engineering graduate from the National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur, India.
Dato’ Sri Arnold Andrew is the Managing Partner of the legal firm, Arnold Andrew & Co.,based in Kuala Lumpur with branches in Ipoh, Taiping, Perak and Penang. It specialises in the areas of banking, insurance and construction litigation. The firm has 10 lawyers with three partners.
Mr.Siew Kin Mengwas Head of the Finance Department and Deputy Chief Executive, Retail Business at Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN). In this capacity, he handled thebank’s Negara regulatory reporting, financial analysis and simulations, sales and marketing of all products, training, project management, tax planning and compliance. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) (1987) as we as the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA) (1991).
Subash started his career in banking with United Asian Bank as Bank officer in 1974. He was nominated twice as the module leader in the integration of United Asian Bank with Bank of Commerce and later Bank of Commerce with Bank Bumiputera in 1989 and 1999, respectively, working closely with Boston Consulting Group. He retired from Bumiputera Commerce Bank (presently known as CIMB) as one of the Vice Presidents in 2001. Currently, he holds various Board positions corporations based across South East Asia.
